The Fiber Sludge Squeezer is a specialized dewatering machine developed by Team SBS for processing fibrous organic slurries, including cow dung and other types of animal manure. It is suitable for handling digester sludge and manure from cows, pigs, and poultry.
The machine uses a pumping system to feed the slurry into the dewatering unit, where the material passes through a screen and is compressed by a screw mechanism. Moisture is mechanically separated during compression, with the extracted liquid discharged into a collection tank and the dewatered solids discharged separately. The machine features an adjustable rotary speed of 30–60 RPM to accommodate different applications and operating requirements.
