The Fibrous Waste & Cow Dung Squeezer is a specialized machine developed by Team SBS for dewatering fibrous organic slurry such as cow dung. The pump draws digester sludge and animal manure—including cow, pig, and poultry manure—into the dewatering unit. The material passes through a screen and is then compressed by a screw mechanism.
The rotary speed of the machine is adjustable between 30–60 RPM, depending on the application. During compression within the screen, moisture is mechanically extracted from the material. The separated liquid is discharged into a collection tank, while the dewatered solids are discharged separately
