These are superior high surface area Carrier Media for high rate IFAS reactors and MBBR with Zero-Clogging in this after pre-treatment, wastewater passes into the Bio Cavity Media Reactor (BCMR), which is fitted with SS-304 retention screen and Diffused Aeration System.

Features:

The Cavity Media has a Protected Surface Area of 4000-5000 m²/m³
The biofilms inside the pores are kept very thin due to self-cleaning
The measured Biodegradation Rates are 10 times higher than that of the conventional media of similar bulk
Even though it has very fine and detailed Pore Structure, it does not clog

It has a higher active surface area of as high as 5000 m²/m³ in comparison to most other competing products that provide only 400-800 m²/m³ overall surface area
It has higher removal performance
The biofilm is protected from any mechanical influence
It does not clog as there is no unintended and uncontrolled growth of microorganisms as observed in many other conventional tube-shaped carriers, particularly in wastewater with high loads of readily biodegradable COD/BOD.
